    • Cup ingredients:   whole wheat flour, water, oats, peanut butter, egg. 
    Filling ingredients:  pumpkin and/or yogurt powder and cream cheese that can have organic beet juice powder, acai berry powder, or spinach powder and natural colorings at your choice.   Little topping treats can range from letters and shapes.
